The benefits of regular exercise are well known but it can often lead to injury, muscle tension, tightness and fatigue. Massage is incredibly important as a treatment to maintain good muscle health or to speed injury recovery, getting your body back to the well-oiled machine it deserves to be!

This treatment incorporates knuckle, elbow and forearm techniques that work deep within tissue and muscle. An aromatherapy blend of oils are used that stimulate and warm muscles to restore elasticity and energise and awaken both body and mind.

This massage concentrates on the back, chest, arms and legs.

Please note: This treatment is not a sports massage, it is suitable for general muscle soreness and fatigue but if you require specific, specialised deep tissue treatment for a sports injury we suggest that you visit a qualified professional in this field.

    I had the most amazing massage with Kathryn today. As a busy personal trainer, who teaches more than 20 group exercises a week, as well as training and Thai boxing, my body gets well used and often feels tired and achy by the end of the week. Kathryn’s massage left me feeling light and energised, and my skin super soft. A blend of aromatherapy oils were used to relieve my aching muscles and the ginger really felt like it cleared my chest and sinuses. I would recommend a massage to anyone who has a busy life and uses their body to the max. It’s a real boost! I will definitely booking regular massages in the future!
